• Cancellation Policy
  If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once for free.
  If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• Refund Policy
  Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  Technical Issues: If a consultation is disrupted due to technical issues from our side, we will offer a reschedule or full refund based on your preference.
• Rescheduling Policy
  You may reschedule your consultation once at no additional cost if requested at least 12 hours before the appointment.
  Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
• Exceptions
  Emergencies and special circumstances may be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
  If the doctor is unavailable for any reason, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
